Oversee all aspects of the distribution process, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping of products to customers.
Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage a team of distribution staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a well-functioning and motivated team.
Monitor and analyze distribution data to identify trends, make recommendations for improvement, and report on key metrics to senior management.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, manufacturing, and customer service, to ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout the distribution process.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to distribution, including safety, quality, and security standards.
Continuously evaluate and improve distribution processes and procedures to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of products.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in distribution management to drive innovation and improvement in the company’s distribution processes.
Act as a key point of contact for any distribution-related issues or inquiries from customers, providing timely and effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Distribution And Logistics Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, And Transportation Management.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Familiarity With Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Fda And Gmp, To Ensure Safe And Efficient Distribution Of Products.
