Oversee and manage the production operations on the 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday, working 10-hour shifts.
Lead and direct a team of production workers to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase production and efficiency.
Train and develop employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their job duties effectively.
Create and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Communicate effectively with team members, upper management, and other departments to ensure production goals are met.
Address any production issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Stay current on industry trends and advancements in production techniques.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production team.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering, Manufacturing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In A Production Or Manufacturing Environment
Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments
Ability To Work A 2Nd Shift Schedule (Monday-Thursday, 4/10 Hour Shifts) And Flexibility To Work Additional Hours Or Weekends As Needed.
