Provide technical support and maintenance for Beckman Coulter’s biomedical testing and diagnostic equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
Conduct on-site visits to customer locations to install, repair, and maintain equipment.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and improve equipment performance.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment maintenance.
Stay up-to-date with new equipment and technology developments in the biomedical industry.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of equipment functionality and effectively communicate this to customers.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed service level agreements and customer expectations.
Provide training and guidance to customers on proper equipment use and maintenance.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing on-site visits.
Represent Beckman Coulter in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Travel to various customer locations, as needed, to provide on-site support.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or additional services.
Act as a brand ambassador and promote the mission and values of Beckman Coulter.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Field Service Or Technical Support Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Beckman Coulter Products And Systems.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills.
Ability To Work Independently And Travel Frequently Within The Las Vegas Area.
