Provide technical expertise and support to customers in the healthcare and life sciences industries.
Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
Collaborate with sales team to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise with our products.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our product line and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
Proactively identify opportunities for product improvement and communicate feedback to the product development team.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective communication to meet customer needs.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services.
Provide timely and accurate reports on customer interactions and product usage to management.
Continuously seek out opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
Travel to customer sites as needed for onsite support and training.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company and promoting our products.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Biomedical Engineering.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Customers On The Use Of Beckman Coulter Products.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Technical Or Application Support Role Within The Life Science Or Medical Device Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Laboratory Instrumentation And Workflows, Particularly In The Areas Of Clinical Chemistry And Hematology.
Fluency In Italian And English, With The Ability To Travel Within The Turin Area And Potentially Internationally For Customer Visits And Training Sessions.
