Provide technical support and services to customers in the Barddhaman region, including troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of our products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing timely and effective solutions.
Conduct regular visits to customer sites to assess equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential sales opportunities and provide technical expertise during the sales process.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively support customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided.

Collaborate with other Territory Service Engineers and share best practices to ensure consistent service delivery across the region.
Travel to various customer sites within the assigned territory as needed.
