Coordinate and oversee the logistics operations of the company, including the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods.
Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and resolve any issues that may arise.
Maintain accurate inventory records and track shipment status to ensure on-time delivery.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and carriers to negotiate favorable terms and resolve any issues that may arise.
Utilize various supply chain management systems and software to track inventory levels, monitor shipments, and identify any potential issues.
Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the supply chain process.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for logistics and supply chain processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on inventory levels, shipment status, and any potential delays.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company’s logistics processes are in line with best practices.
Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement technological solutions to improve the efficiency and accuracy of logistics processes.
Train and mentor new team members on logistics procedures and processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to logistics and supply chain operations.
Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvements to streamline logistics operations and increase overall efficiency.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Logistics Coordination And/Or Mis Analysis.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel, Sap, And Other Logistics And Data Analysis Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders.
