Provide technical support to customers for Beckman Coulter medical technology equipment.
Conduct on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with equipment and provide timely solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective service strategies.
Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and inventory.
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and any concerns are addressed promptly.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies in order to provide the best support to customers.
Train and educate customers on proper usage and maintenance of equipment.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department and company goals.
Travel to customer sites as needed, both domestically and internationally.
Continuously strive for customer satisfaction and seek opportunities to improve service quality.
Uphold the company’s values and promote a positive image of the organization.
Complete all necessary administrative tasks, such as reports and expense tracking.
Continuously develop and enhance technical skills through training and self-study.

Job Qualifications
Strong Technical Knowledge And Troubleshooting Skills In Electronic And Mechanical Systems.
Bachelor’s Degree In Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Field Service Or Technical Support Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Ability To Work Independently And Travel Extensively To Customer Sites Within The Banská Bystrica Or Ružomberok Regions.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Support End-Users On Beckman Coulter Products.
