Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers’ needs and assisting them in finding the perfect Calvin Klein products.

Represent the Calvin Klein brand by maintaining a professional and fashionable appearance at all times.

Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell Calvin Klein products, while meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and new product releases in order to effectively assist customers and make product recommendations.

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.

Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and keeping displays visually appealing.

Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is always well-stocked and presentable.

Uphold company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and inventory control.

Attend training sessions and store meetings to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage return visits and increase customer loyalty.

Actively participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Job Qualifications

This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Meet Sales Targets, And Handle Various Tasks Such As Inventory Management And Visual Merchandising.

 

Strong Customer Service Skills: Excellent Customer Service Is Crucial For A Sales Associate At Calvin Klein As They Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. They Should Be Able To Provide A Positive And Personalized Shopping Experience, Handle Customer Inquiries And Complaints, And Build Lasting Relationships With Customers.

 

Knowledge Of Fashion And Brand: Calvin Klein Is A Well-Known Fashion Brand, And A Sales Associate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Brand’s History, Style, And Current Collections.
