Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote the Calvin Klein brand and its values to the public.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with top fashion industry talent, including models, designers, influencers, and celebrities, to secure brand partnerships and collaborations.
Plan and execute events, campaigns, and press releases to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Oversee all aspects of talent relations, including contract negotiations, scheduling, and ensuring brand alignment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform communication strategies and identify potential partnership opportunities.
Manage and mentor a team of communication and talent relations professionals, providing guidance and support to drive results.
Monitor and analyze media coverage and social media engagement to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary adjustments.
Act as a brand ambassador and represent Calvin Klein at industry events, conferences, and other public appearances.
Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to elevate the brand’s image and connect with top talent.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In A Communication Or Talent Relations Role, Preferably In The Fashion Industry
Strong Network And Relationships With Key Media Outlets, Influencers, And Industry Professionals
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Strategic Communication Plans And Managing Talent Relations For A Global Brand
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels.
