Attend company training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Proactively identify and resolve any customer issues and concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Continuously strive to improve and exceed customer satisfaction, ensuring they leave the store happy and satisfied with their experience.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
