Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Create and implement strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve store performance.

Train and develop team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about products, sales techniques, and customer service.

Ensure that the store is properly stocked and merchandised to meet customer demand and maximize sales potential.

Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and achieve sales goals and targets.

Assist with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and maintaining stock levels.

Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a strong knowledge of the company’s products, values, and mission.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.

Monitor and manage store expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their development and growth.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.

Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and execute special events and promotions to drive sales and enhance the store’s brand image.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.

 

Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In Fashion Or Luxury Retail.

 

Strong Leadership Skills With Proven Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

 

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams.

 

Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Sales Strategies, And Customer Service Best Practices.
