Efficiently and accurately stock merchandise in the designated areas of the stockroom.

Maintain an organized and clean stockroom at all times.

Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise.

Ensure all merchandise is tagged and labeled correctly.

Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

Communicate with the sales team to ensure merchandise is readily available for customers.

Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks and meet stockroom goals.

Adhere to company policies and procedures in regards to stockroom operations.

Use proper equipment and techniques to handle merchandise to avoid damage.

Monitor stock levels and notify management when items need to be replenished.

Assist in the set up and breakdown of displays and stockroom during promotional events.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members.

Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with any stockroom-related inquiries.

Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and merchandise to provide knowledgeable support to customers.

Take direction from stockroom supervisor and complete any additional tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Strong Organizational Skills: A Stockroom Employee At Calvin Klein Should Have Excellent Organization Skills To Effectively Manage And Maintain Inventory Levels. This Includes Keeping Track Of Stock Levels, Ensuring Proper Storage And Labeling Of Items, And Accurately Recording Incoming And Outgoing Merchandise.

 

Attention To Detail: As A Stockroom Employee, Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure Accuracy In Inventory Management. This Includes Checking For Damaged Or Missing Items, Verifying Product Codes And Labels, And Maintaining Proper Stock Rotation.

 

Physical Stamina: This Role Requires Physical Stamina As Stockroom Employees May Be Required To Lift And Move Heavy Boxes And Merchandise. They Should Also Be Able To Stand For Extended Periods Of Time While Completing Tasks.

 

Teamwork: Stockroom Employees Must Be Able To Work Well In A Team Environment. This Includes Collaborating With Other Employees To Fulfill Customer Orders, Communicating Effectively, And Assisting With Tasks As Needed.
