As a Sales Associate for Calvin Klein Underwear at Calvin Klein, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our iconic brand. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Develop a strong knowledge of Calvin Klein Underwear products and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
Utilize sales techniques to drive and increase store sales, meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are stocked and displayed in an appealing manner.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register and POS system.
Proactively seek out and approach customers to offer assistance and promote products.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience and encourage repeat business.
Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and industry knowledge to provide customers with styling advice and product recommendations.
