Monitor and patrol the store premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security threats.
Conduct regular inspections of store exits, entrances, and high-risk areas to identify potential security risks.
Collaborate with store management to develop and implement security protocols and procedures.
Operate surveillance equipment and perform CCTV monitoring to identify and investigate suspicious activities.
Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, including detaining and apprehending suspects.
Conduct thorough investigations into incidents of theft, fraud, and other security violations.
Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and maintain accurate records.
Train and educate store employees on security procedures and best practices.
Identify and report any potential safety hazards in the store.
Work closely with law enforcement and other agencies as needed.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and employees.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in security technology.
Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and confidentiality standards.
Collaborate with other Asset Protection Associates and store management to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment at all times.
