Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns and assisting with purchases.

Accurately process all transactions, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.

Maintain a working knowledge of all sales and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers.

Ensure that all merchandise is properly tagged and scanned for accurate pricing.

Process returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including the register and surrounding areas.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure the store is well-stocked and presentable for customers.

Adhere to all cash handling and credit card processing procedures to prevent any discrepancies.

Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.

Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Handle customer complaints and escalate any issues to the appropriate manager.

Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay informed of new products and processes.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.

Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.

Job Qualifications

Strong Mathematical And Analytical Skills To Accurately Handle Cash Transactions And Balance Cash Drawers.
