Provide technical support to all employees and customers of JCPenney for any technology-related issues.
Maintain and troubleshoot all hardware and software systems, ensuring they are functioning properly and efficiently.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
Conduct regular system updates and upgrades to ensure maximum performance and security.
Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement new technology solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
Train and educate employees on how to properly use and maintain technology systems.
Monitor and respond to system alerts and errors in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of all technology-related activities, including repairs and upgrades.
Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to current systems.
Follow company policies and procedures for IT security and data protection.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to provide timely and efficient support.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Keep inventory of all technology equipment and order necessary replacements or upgrades as needed.
Provide excellent customer service to all individuals in a professional and friendly manner.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Technical Support Or It Role.

Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills.
