Assist the store manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, merchandising, and inventory management.
Help create and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets.
Mentor and train sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement promotional events and marketing strategies.
Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks.
Stay informed about current market trends and competitor activities.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the store manager.
Represent the brand and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Job Qualifications
Previous Retail Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Athletic Apparel Industry.
