Oversee daily operations of the La Reggia location, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling.
Lead a team of sales associates and ensure they are providing exceptional customer service to create a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Train and develop team members to effectively sell and promote Under Armor products, as well as educate them on the brand’s mission and values.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store goals.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
Create and implement employee incentive programs to motivate and reward team members for their performance.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and respect among team members.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the regional manager and other store managers to share best practices and achieve company-wide objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Job Qualifications
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers, Employees, And Upper Management.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Retail Management Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Sports Apparel Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.
Proficient In Financial Management And Ability To Analyze Sales Data, Develop Budgets, And Make Strategic Decisions To Drive Store Profitability.
Knowledge Of Under Armor Products And Brand, As Well As A Passion For Sports And Fitness, To Effectively Represent The Company And Its Values To Customers And Employees.
