Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and team scheduling.
Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all customers by training and coaching team members on company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Train and develop team members on product knowledge and brand messaging.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of team members.
Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other team members to ensure store objectives are met.

Job Qualifications
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Employees.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Athletic Apparel Industry.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Interact With Customers And Employees.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Sales Techniques, And Visual Merchandising.
Ability To Work A Flexible Schedule, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays, To Meet The Needs Of The Business.
