As a keyholder, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service while representing our brand. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, sizing, and any questions or concerns they may have.
Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Under Armor products.
Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling products to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience and encourage repeat business.
Utilize effective sales techniques to increase average transaction values and drive overall store revenue.
Assist in opening and closing the store, including handling cash transactions and balancing the cash register.
Act as a role model for other sales associates by demonstrating excellent customer service and sales skills.
Train and mentor new sales associates on customer service and sales techniques.
Ensure store is kept clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to management.
Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention and safety measures.
Continuously strive to improve sales skills and knowledge of products through trainings and workshops.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
Previous Retail Experience: A Keyholder Sales Position At Under Armor Requires Prior Experience In A Retail Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Sales Techniques, Customer Service, And Inventory Management.
Leadership Abilities: As A Keyholder, You Will Be Responsible For Opening And Closing The Store, Managing The Sales Team, And Ensuring The Store Runs Smoothly. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Make Quick Decisions Are Important Qualifications For This Role.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Keyholder Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Both Customers And Team Members. This Includes Being Able To Provide Product Knowledge, Resolve Customer Complaints, And Delegate Tasks To The Sales Team.
Passion For The Brand: Under Armor Is A Well-Known Athletic Brand, And As A Keyholder, You Will Be Representing The Company To Customers. Therefore, Having A Passion For The Brand And Its Products Is An Important Qualification For This Role.
