Assist in managing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and increase customer loyalty.

Monitor and analyze sales trends and provide strategic recommendations to increase sales and improve overall store performance.

Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory control, cash handling, and loss prevention.

Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members to maintain a high-performing and customer-focused team.

Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement effective sales strategies and promotions.

Conduct regular store walkthroughs to ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained.

Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other members of the management team to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes to make informed business decisions.

Act as a role model for the team, embodying the company’s values and promoting a positive work culture.

Assist in managing store budgets, including sales targets, expenses, and payroll.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve store performance and provide feedback and suggestions to the Store Manager.

Job Qualifications

Previous Retail Management Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.

 

Strong Leadership Skills: Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team To Achieve Sales Targets And Provide Excellent Customer Service.

 

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Both Customers And Team Members, And Handle Any Conflicts Or Issues That May Arise.

 

Knowledge Of Fashion And Trends: Familiarity With The Calvin Klein Brand And Products, As Well As A Passion For Fashion And Staying Updated On Industry Trends.
