Lead and motivate sales team: The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Ensure smooth store operations: The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that the store runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis, including managing schedules, handling customer complaints, and resolving any operational issues.
Create a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and style: The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for upholding the company’s values and creating a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
Elevate customer experience: The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a memorable and enjoyable shopping experience by maintaining high standards of customer service and offering fashion expertise.
Train and develop team members: The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for training and developing new and existing team members to ensure they have the necessary product knowledge and skills to provide excellent customer service.
Monitor sales performance: The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to improve sales and meet targets.
Handle inventory management: The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, including receiving and processing new stock, conducting regular stock checks, and coordinating with the team to ensure proper stock levels.
Uphold visual merchandising standards: The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that the store’s visual merchandising is appealing and meets company standards.
Collaborate with management: The Floor Supervisor will work closely with the store manager and other supervisors to communicate any issues, share ideas, and implement new strategies to improve store performance.
Represent the Calvin Klein brand: The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for representing the brand in a professional and positive manner, both in-store and in the local community.

Job Qualifications
Previous Experience In Retail Management: A Full Time Floor Supervisor At Calvin Klein Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Fashion Retail Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Sales Associates.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Qualities, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Their Team To Meet Sales Targets. They Should Also Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Delegate Tasks Effectively.
Knowledge Of Fashion Trends And Products: A Full Time Floor Supervisor Should Have A Good Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And The Ability To Communicate This Knowledge To Their Team. They Should Also Have A Strong Product Knowledge Of Calvin Klein’s Collections And Be Able To Provide Styling Advice To Customers.
Customer Service Orientation: Calvin Klein Is Known For Its Exceptional Customer Service, And The Full Time Floor Supervisor Should Embody This By Having A Customer-Centric Approach. They Should Be Able To Handle Difficult Situations With Customers And Ensure That Their Team Delivers A High Level Of Service At All Times.
Organizational And Multitasking Skills: Working As A Floor Supervisor At A Busy Retail Store Requires Strong Organizational And Multitasking Skills.
