Develop and lead a team of sales associates to achieve store goals and objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive shopping experience.
Drive sales by setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales associates.
Ensure that the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
Work closely with the Store Manager to analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve store performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating strong fashion knowledge, leadership skills, and a strong work ethic.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and visual merchandising, to execute company initiatives and promotions.
Assist in the creation and implementation of store events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.

Job Qualifications
Previous Retail Management Experience: A Qualified Assistant Store Manager At Calvin Klein Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: As An Assistant Store Manager, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Sales Associates And Ensuring They Are Performing Their Duties Effectively. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Assistant Store Manager Will Be Required To Communicate Regularly With Both The Store Manager And The Sales Team. They Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Information And Instructions.
