Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Operate cash registers and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
Continuously stay updated on current sales and promotions to effectively communicate and upsell to customers.
Uphold JCPenney’s brand image and values by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure all customer needs are met in a timely manner.
Attend training sessions and stay knowledgeable about products and services offered by JCPenney.

Comply with all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist in other areas of the store as needed, such as restocking merchandise or organizing displays.
