Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data used across PepsiCo’s various business functions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data governance needs and develop solutions to drive data consistency and integrity.
Monitor and track data quality metrics and provide regular reports to management on the state of data governance within the organization.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement data governance tools and technologies.
Lead data governance training and awareness programs for employees to promote data stewardship and best practices.
Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data quality issues and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in data governance and recommend improvements to existing processes.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide guidance on data management and governance.
Maintain a deep understanding of PepsiCo’s data ecosystem and how data flows through various systems and processes.
Act as a subject matter expert on data governance and stewardship and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Analytics, Information Management, Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Data Governance, Data Stewardship, Or Data Management Roles.
Strong Understanding Of Data Governance Principles And Best Practices, As Well As Experience Implementing Data Governance Frameworks.
Proficiency In Data Management Tools And Technologies, Such As Data Quality Tools, Metadata Management Tools, And Data Cataloging Solutions.
Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
