Develop and execute the overall client propositions strategy for Reinsurance Group of America.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand client needs and develop innovative solutions.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential growth opportunities.
Lead and manage a team responsible for creating and delivering client propositions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Monitor and track the performance of existing client propositions and make recommendations for improvements.
Develop and manage budgets for client propositions initiatives.
Communicate and present client propositions strategy and updates to senior management.
Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to ensure Reinsurance Group of America remains a leader in the market.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of client propositions.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support their efforts in promoting client propositions.
Continuously evaluate and improve the client propositions strategy to drive growth and profitability for the company.
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws in the development and delivery of client propositions.
Serve as a brand ambassador for Reinsurance Group of America, promoting our commitment to exceptional client service and innovative solutions.

Job Qualifications
Extensive Experience In The Insurance And Reinsurance Industry, With A Minimum Of 10 Years In A Leadership Role.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Client Proposition Strategies.
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Industry Dynamics, With The Ability To Anticipate And Adapt To Changing Client Needs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
