Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Release Platform at Geico Auto Insurance.
Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the Release Platform to provide exceptional service to Geico customers.
Qualify the Release Platform through rigorous testing and evaluation processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and define project scope.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the Release Platform.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Communicate project progress, status updates, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements, and recommend new technologies and approaches to improve the Release Platform.
Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the Release Platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of Geico and its customers.
Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and Operations, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the Release Platform.
