Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with their shopping needs.
Utilize strong knowledge of fashion and trends to make product recommendations and provide styling advice to customers.
Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times, representing the Calvin Klein brand.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience.
Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.
Keep the store organized and visually appealing by restocking merchandise and maintaining store displays.
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Proactively resolve any customer complaints or issues to the best of your ability.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience.

Strong Communication Skills: A Successful Doradca Klienta At Calvin Klein Must Have Excellent Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Interact With Clients And Understand Their Needs.
Fashion Knowledge: Candidates Must Possess A Strong Knowledge Of The Fashion Industry, Including Current Trends, Styles, And Brands. This Will Allow Them To Make Informed Recommendations To Clients And Help Them Find The Perfect Items.
Sales Experience: Previous Experience In Sales, Particularly In The Retail Or Fashion Industry, Is Highly Desirable For This Position. A Doradca Klienta Should Be Able To Confidently Promote And Sell Calvin Klein Products To Clients.
Customer Service Oriented: Calvin Klein Values Exceptional Customer Service, So Applicants Should Have A Strong Customer Service Mindset And Be Able To Provide A Personalized And Positive Experience For Clients.
Multilingual: Fluency In Multiple Languages (Especially English And Polish) Is A Plus For This Role, As Calvin Klein Caters To A Diverse Customer Base. This Skill Allows The Doradca Klienta To Assist A Wider Range Of Clients And Provide Exceptional Service To Non-Native Speakers.
