Serve as a brand ambassador for Calvin Klein, embodying the company’s values of boldness, individuality, and self-expression.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customers feel valued and important.
Assist customers with product selection and offer styling advice, promoting the brand’s latest collections and trends.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point-of-sale system.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is neatly displayed and easily accessible for customers.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide support during busy periods.
Actively engage with customers to build relationships and promote brand loyalty.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers and answer any questions.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer service expectations.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing merchandise.
