Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
Utilize expertise in electrical systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
Follow safety protocols and regulations while working with electrical equipment.
Collaborate with other team members to identify and address equipment or system malfunctions.
Keep accurate records of work performed and document any changes or upgrades to equipment.
Stay current on industry developments and advancements in electrical technology.
Communicate effectively with other departments and team members to coordinate maintenance and repairs.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including completing all necessary paperwork and documentation.
Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.
Continuously assess and improve processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
Formal Education And Training In Electrical Systems And Technology, Preferably With A Degree Or Certification In Industrial Electrician Technology.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working As An Industrial Electrician Technician In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Knowledge Of Electrical Codes, Safety Protocols, And Standards Related To Industrial Equipment And Machinery.
Familiarity With Reading And Interpreting Technical Drawings, Schematics, And Blueprints For Electrical Systems.
Ability To Troubleshoot And Diagnose Electrical Issues, As Well As Perform Repairs And Maintenance On Industrial Equipment And Machinery.
