Operate and maintain body maker machines to produce high-quality cans.
Ensure that production targets and quality standards are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues with the machines.
Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on the machines to ensure their optimal functioning.
Monitor production process and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficiency and quality.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth production flow.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet safety and sanitation standards.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Actively participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements.

Job Qualifications
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Técnico(A) De Body Maker I Position At Ball Corporation Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
Experience In Metal Fabrication: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Metal Fabrication, Particularly In The Production Of Beverage Cans. This Will Ensure That They Have A Strong Understanding Of The Processes Involved In Body Making.
Proficiency In Operating Machinery: As A Técnico(A) De Body Maker I, Candidates Will Be Responsible For Operating Various Machinery, Such As Presses, Punches, And Trimmers. Therefore, They Should Have Experience And Proficiency In Operating These Types Of Machinery.
Attention To Detail: Attention To Detail Is Crucial In The Production Of Beverage Cans, As Even Minor Errors Can Result In Defects. Candidates For This Role Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify And Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise During The Body Making Process.
