Coordinate and manage the installation process for Lexmark International products for clients.
Ensure timely and efficient installation of products by collaborating with various departments and teams.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and requirements for successful installation.
Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot any installation issues and provide effective solutions.
Develop and maintain detailed installation plans and schedules.
Conduct quality checks and tests to ensure products are installed correctly and functioning properly.
Provide training and support to clients on how to use and maintain the installed products.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of installation processes and procedures.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for product improvements based on client feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve installation processes.
Prioritize and manage multiple installation projects simultaneously.
Maintain a customer-centric attitude and ensure client satisfaction throughout the installation process.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards during installations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Installation And Configuration Of Hardware And Software Systems.
Knowledge Of Project Management Principles And Experience In Managing Installation Projects.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues.
