Develop and maintain the Salesforce platform to ensure its functionality and efficiency for global business operations.
Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality work and meet project deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Salesforce development and DevOps.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall performance and stability of the Salesforce platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to team members to maintain high coding standards.
Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and ensure its accuracy.
Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and propose appropriate solutions.
Work closely with business partners and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and support.
Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce development and DevOps processes.
Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the Salesforce platform.
Collaborate with other teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Salesforce Development And Devops
Salesforce Certifications Such As Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Ii Or Salesforce Certified Administrator
Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams
Experience With Ci/Cd Tools Such As Git, Jenkins, And Salesforce Dx, As Well As Salesforce Automation Tools Like Selenium And Apex Test Classes.
