Develop, implement, and maintain a robust PLM identity and access management system to ensure secure access to company systems and protect confidential information.
Monitor and analyze system access logs and security events to identify any potential security threats or breaches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and assess security policies and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate potential risks.
Train and educate employees on data security best practices and procedures to promote a culture of security awareness within the company.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all identity and access management related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolution.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging security threats, and make recommendations for implementing new tools and technologies to enhance security measures.
Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure proper access controls are in place for new systems and applications.
Develop and maintain documentation for identity and access management processes and procedures.
Act as a liaison between IT and other departments to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
Proactively identify and address potential security gaps and vulnerabilities within the PLM system.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure secure access to company systems.
Continuously evaluate and improve the PLM identity and access management system to ensure it meets the changing needs of the company.
Participate in incident response and investigation activities as needed.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, promoting a strong and knowledgeable security team.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Identity And Access Management (Iam) And Security, Preferably In A Plm (Product Lifecycle Management) Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Iam Concepts, Standards, And Protocols (E.g. Saml, Oauth, Ldap).
Experience With Iam Tools And Technologies, Such As Okta, Sailpoint, And Cyberark.
Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards Related To Iam And Data Security, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa.
