Coordinate and manage the application process for the Leadership Development Program, including advertising, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
Facilitate orientation and onboarding processes for selected participants, providing them with necessary information and resources to start the program.
Develop and deliver training and development materials for program participants, focusing on leadership skills, insurance industry knowledge, and professional growth.
Create and maintain a supportive and engaging environment for program participants, providing guidance and mentorship throughout their journey.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth execution of the program, including coordinating rotations and projects for participants.
Monitor and evaluate the progress and performance of program participants, providing feedback and coaching to help them achieve their goals.
Serve as a liaison between program participants and company executives, facilitating communication and providing updates on program progress.
Participate in the selection process for program participants, evaluating candidates based on criteria such as passion, dedication, and potential for growth.
Identify and address any challenges or concerns that may arise during the program, working with participants to find solutions and ensure their success.
Continuously review and improve the program to ensure it meets the company’s goals and objectives, as well as the needs of the participants.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In A Relevant Field: A Strong Educational Background In Areas Such As Business, Management, Or Psychology Can Provide A Solid Foundation For Leadership Development.
Prior Leadership Experience: Candidates With Previous Experience In Leadership Roles, Whether In School, Work, Or Extracurricular Activities, Demonstrate The Potential To Excel In A Leadership Development Program.
Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial For Any Leader, And Candidates Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Ideas And Motivate Team Members.
