Oversee the operation of production lines, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.
Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during production.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
Train and supervise line operators to ensure proper operation of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
Analyze production data and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for production processes.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary materials.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve production processes.
Communicate with management to provide updates on production status and make recommendations for improvement.
Participate in meetings and projects to support the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment
Proficiency In Cad Software And Other Engineering Tools
Knowledge Of Lean Six Sigma Principles And Continuous Improvement Methods
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Team Environment.
