Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of product quality and safety.
Manage and lead a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure all quality standards are met.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of the plant and its processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality of incoming materials.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in quality assurance to continuously improve processes and procedures.
Train and mentor employees on quality procedures and standards to ensure a culture of quality and excellence.
Manage and maintain all quality records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall quality of products.
Communicate regularly with upper management and provide updates on quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Act as the main point of contact for any quality-related issues or concerns from customers or regulatory agencies.
Develop and manage budgets and resources for the quality assurance department.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the quality assurance team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Quality Assurance, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Quality Assurance Or Quality Control Role Within A Manufacturing Environment.
Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems And Quality Control Tools, Such As Six Sigma And Statistical Process Control.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Quality Assurance Professionals.
Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Quality Control, Such As Iso 9001 And Fda Regulations.
