Safely and efficiently operate a delivery truck to transport PepsiCo products to local customers.
Plan and organize delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols while driving and delivering products.
Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork for each delivery.
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring products are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
Communicate effectively with customers and fellow team members to resolve any delivery issues or concerns.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery truck to ensure it is in safe and working condition.
Load and unload products from the delivery truck, utilizing proper lifting and handling techniques.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code, vehicle maintenance, and product handling guidelines.
Keep an organized and clean delivery truck, ensuring all products are properly stacked and secured for transportation.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient delivery operations.
Continuously monitor and report any issues or concerns with delivery routes, customers, or products to management.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability by arriving to work on time and completing all assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Maintain a CDL A license and adhere to all state and federal regulations for commercial driving.
Represent PepsiCo in a professional manner at all times and uphold our company values and standards.

Clean Driving Record: Pepsico Requires Its Local Delivery Drivers To Have A Clean Driving Record, With No Major Traffic Violations Or Accidents In The Past Three Years. This Is Important As The Driver Will Be Responsible For Delivering Products Safely And Efficiently.
Physical Fitness: Local Delivery Drivers At Pepsico Are Required To Load And Unload Heavy Products, Often Using Hand Trucks And Other Equipment. Therefore, The Job Requires Physical Strength And Endurance To Perform The Job Duties Effectively.
Customer Service Skills: Local Delivery Drivers Are The Face Of Pepsico To Their Customers. They Must Have Excellent Customer Service Skills To Interact With Customers In A Professional And Friendly Manner, Handle Any Inquiries Or Complaints, And Represent The Company In A Positive Light.
