Lead and manage data operations for the FP&A/MOSAIC Program Sustain team at PepsiCo.
Ensure the sustainability and accuracy of data processes for the FP&A/MOSAIC program.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize data operations.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Business, Finance, Data Analytics Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Data Operations, Financial Planning And Analysis, Or Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills With Experience Managing A Team And Implementing Process Improvements.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, And Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge Of Pepsico’s Financial Systems And Processes, Particularly In The Mosaic Program, Is Preferred.
