Organize and stock PepsiCo products in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer demand and increase sales.
Ensure proper placement and display of products according to company guidelines and standards.
Regularly monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate parties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to promote PepsiCo products and secure prime product placement.
Utilize strong organizational skills to plan and execute merchandising tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Conduct regular store visits to assess product availability and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for increasing product visibility and sales.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on merchandising activities and results.
Continuously evaluate and make suggestions for improving merchandising techniques and processes.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, while performing merchandising duties.
