Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles to deliver PepsiCo products to designated locations
Plan and execute delivery routes in a timely and organized manner
Load and unload products from delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques
Ensure accurate and complete delivery of products and collect payments when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, including performing routine maintenance checks
Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
Follow all company policies and procedures, including adhering to delivery schedules and maintaining accurate delivery records
Maintain a positive and cooperative relationship with team members and other departments within the company
Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while operating delivery vehicles and handling products
Continuously strive to improve delivery efficiency and customer service to meet company goals and objectives.

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Cdl): A Cdl Is Required For All Full Time Delivery Driver Positions At Pepsico. This Ensures That Candidates Have The Necessary Training And Experience To Operate Large Vehicles Safely And Efficiently.
Clean Driving Record: Candidates Must Have A Clean Driving Record With No Major Moving Violations In The Past 3-5 Years. This Is Important For Maintaining The Safety And Reputation Of Pepsico’s Delivery Fleet.
Physical Fitness: Delivery Drivers Are Required To Load And Unload Heavy Cases Of Beverages Throughout The Day. Therefore, Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
