Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers, regardless of the channel they choose to shop through.

Utilize knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures to assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.

Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers and colleagues regarding the company’s omnichannel capabilities and offerings.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues, and strive to exceed customer expectations in every interaction.

Process online orders and returns, as well as assist with in-store pickups and exchanges.

Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping information, and any other pertinent updates.

Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on various social media platforms.

Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Continuously strive to improve the omnichannel shopping experience for customers by identifying and addressing any issues or areas for improvement.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficient and accurate processing of orders and returns.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in omnichannel retail to provide the best possible service to customers.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, privacy, and security.

Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the organization.
