Meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques and building relationships with customers.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
Continuously learn about new products and fashion trends to accurately and confidently answer customer inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals and maintain a cohesive and positive work environment.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, dress code, store opening and closing procedures, and loss prevention measures.
Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to the store management team.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing new merchandise and conducting inventory counts.
Proactively seek opportunities to improve sales and customer service through suggestions and feedback.
Uphold the highest level of professionalism and represent the brand with integrity and enthusiasm.

Job Qualifications
Previous Retail Experience: A Qualified Candidate For This Role Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Store, Ideally In A Fashion Or Apparel Setting. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of Customer Service, Sales Techniques, And Product Knowledge.
