Merchandising: Responsible for ensuring all PepsiCo products are displayed and stocked in a visually appealing and efficient manner in stores.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of all PepsiCo products and their unique selling points to effectively promote and sell them to customers.
Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by ensuring products are readily available and displayed in high-traffic areas to maximize sales opportunities.
Customer Service: Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and communicate with supervisors to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to product placement, pricing, and signage to ensure accuracy and consistency across all stores.
Time Management: Effectively manage time to ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Reporting: Keep detailed records of product placement and sales data and provide regular reports to supervisors.
Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and support each other in completing tasks.
Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador for PepsiCo by maintaining a positive and professional image at all times.
Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as store regulations, while performing job duties.
Safety: Follow all safety regulations and guidelines while performing job duties to ensure a safe work environment for self and others.
Training: Attend all necessary training sessions to gain a thorough understanding of company products, policies, and procedures.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise while performing job duties.
Continuous Improvement: Provide suggestions and ideas to improve merchandising strategies and processes.

Excellent Communication Skills: Candidates For This Position Should Have Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Interact With Customers And Team Members.
Physical Fitness: The Role Of A Merchandiser Can Be Physically Demanding, Often Requiring Lifting And Moving Heavy Cases Of Beverages. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks.
Time Management Skills: This Position May Involve Working At Multiple Locations And Managing A Large Number Of Products. Candidates Should Have Strong Time Management Skills To Ensure All Tasks Are Completed Efficiently And On Time.
Customer Service Experience: As A Merchandiser, You Will Be Representing Pepsico And Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Beneficial In This Position.
Availability To Work Flexible Hours: This Is A Part-Time Summer Position, So Candidates Should Have Availability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends And Evenings, As Needed. This May Include Working In Different Locations And Adapting To Changing Schedules.
