Support the pharmacy team in accurately and efficiently dispensing medication to patients.
Assist in maintaining pharmacy inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Follow all safety and quality procedures to ensure the safe and effective delivery of medication.
Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
Learn and adhere to all federal and state regulations regarding pharmacy operations.
Complete all necessary training and educational requirements to become a certified Pharmacy Technician.
Communicate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Use pharmacy software and technology to accurately process prescriptions and patient information.
Continuously strive to improve and expand knowledge of pharmaceuticals and healthcare practices.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
Perform other duties as assigned by the pharmacy manager or supervising pharmacist.

Job Qualifications
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Pharmacy Technician / Pharm Tech Apprenticeship Job At Walgreens Typically Requires A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Demonstrates That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Is Able To Understand And Follow Instructions.
