Oversee and manage all aspects of the plant’s operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.
Lead and develop a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity, while maintaining high quality standards.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Manage the plant’s budget and resources effectively to meet operational goals and targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Identify and address any potential risks or issues that may impact plant operations and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices to continuously improve plant performance.
Prepare and present reports on plant operations, including production, budget, and performance metrics, to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering Or Related Field
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Management Role In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment
Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies
Familiarity With Safety Regulations And Experience Overseeing Safety Programs.
