Oversee and manage all aspects of the production process, from raw material acquisition to final product distribution.
Develop and implement production strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards and regulations.
Manage and train production staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
