Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing capacity utilization across multiple facilities.
Utilize network modeling techniques to identify opportunities for improvement in our supply chain operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive capacity planning process.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
Conduct regular capacity assessments and make adjustments as needed to meet changing business needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including production teams, supply chain, and finance.
Manage and mentor a team of analysts to ensure accurate and timely completion of capacity planning and network modeling projects.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in capacity planning and network modeling to continuously improve our processes.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of capacity planning and network modeling initiatives.
Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide updates on capacity planning and network modeling initiatives and any potential risks or opportunities.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Capacity Planning And Network Modeling In A Manufacturing Or Supply Chain Environment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Translate Data Into Actionable Insights.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
