Provide exceptional and compassionate patient care to a diverse population in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Utilize nursing knowledge and skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing: A Rn-Medicine Cel 4 At Yale New Haven Health System Requires A Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.
Active Rn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Current Rn License From The State Of Connecticut.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Adult Medicine: Candidates Must Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Rn In Adult Medicine, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.
Cpr Certification: All Candidates Must Be Certified In Basic Life Support (Bls) And Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls).
Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: As A Rn-Medicine Cel 4, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Teams, As Well As Make Critical Decisions In Fast-Paced And High-Pressure Situations. Therefore, Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills Are Essential Qualifications For This Role.
