- Provide exceptional patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, including vital signs and lab results, and report any changes or concerns to the physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic medical records.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficient and effective patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in healthcare.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during challenging times.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and promote a positive work environment.
- Serve as a patient advocate and ensure that their needs and preferences are considered in the care plan.
